the big rappel
Trustee Adam Gosling abseils down the Empire State Building for the Outward Bound Trust and to inspire young children to be adventurous and courageous. Outward Bound’s mission is to unlock potential in young people through learning and experience, a principle which is extremely important to The Gosling Foundation. Adam certainly learnt about heights on this occasion!
The Gosling Foundation is a private grant-making foundation, which was established in 1985 by the late Sir Donald Gosling. His son Adam is now chairman.
We focus our grant-making in three principal areas, based on Sir Donald’s interests and philanthropic priorities. The Foundation has awarded over £100 million in grants since 1985.
